This appointment could not be canceled from the link. That usually means one of two things:
- It starts in less than 24 hours. Online cancellation closes 24 hours before the appointment.
- It was already canceled or changed, so the link is no longer active.
Please call us on (646) 881-4643 and we will sort it out with you. For appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee of 25% of the treatment price applies, as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
